Use of the app

GLITCHLINGS is provided as-is, for personal, non-commercial entertainment. We make no warranty that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for any loss of game progress, which is stored only on your device.

Intellectual property

All GLITCHLINGS characters, names, artwork, music, and lore are the intellectual property of BEYONDAI LTD and may not be copied, redistributed, or used commercially without our written permission.

Acceptable use

You may not reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute the app, or use it in any way that breaks applicable law or interferes with other players' experience.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.
